RealSport, LLC wants all of its customers to be safe and have fun with our equipment. Here are a few guidelines to keep in mind when using our products.
1. RealSport gear is designed to be non-contact. It is not intended to be used in any manner that will result in physical harm. Players are urged not to engage in behavior that is liable to cause intentional or unintentional injury. 2. Players are advised to choose areas in which to use RealSport equipment with care. Always get explicit permission of property owners or of public officials before starting a game. Take care not to deface or damage property. Be sure that the terrain is suitable for the game and that there are no undue hazards that may injure players or bystanders. It is recommended that players prominently post notices that a game is in progress. 3. Players are advised to know and obey all laws and ordinances pertaining to the use of RealSport and similar equipment in their chosen area of play. 4. RealSport products are designed with the look and feel of actual weaponry in order to give players a realistic combat simulation experience. With this in mind, please handle RealSport gear with great care when in public. It is NOT designed with the intent to deceive others -- DO NOT threaten, or give the impression of threatening, others with this equipment. Use extreme caution when approached by law enforcement and security officers. 5. When used properly, RealSport equipment is harmless and a lot of fun. Be alert, be responsible, be smart, and be safe! |
